Safe foreign employment is the foundation of prosperous families and a prosperous nation.
We provide information, awareness, and counseling related to foreign employment. We do not issue visas, guarantee employment, or operate as a recruitment agency.

Welcome to the Migrant Workers’ Rights and Welfare Protection Centre, Ilam. Our organization is committed to making foreign employment safer, more reliable, dignified, and rewarding. We provide information, counseling, and guidance to migrant workers, returnees, and their families so they can make informed decisions and protect their rights. We also encourage the skills, knowledge, experience, and capital gained abroad to be used for entrepreneurship, community development, and nation-building. Together, let us work toward safe foreign employment, prosperous families, and a prosperous nation.
